Just FYI When you terminate someone it’s the law you cut their check then or have it deposited the next business day. Since your crappy company can’t handle deposits the check should have been given at time of termination. But this termination was done through a text!! So profoundly unprofessional. Then for the person to wait patiently for a week to only be called today asking to confirm address. Then you won’t let anyone pick it up, you didn’t want him to pick it up. But you finally agreed to another party pick up after three hours of trying to follow your wishes. I don’t know if it’s just ignorance or lack of respect that you are lacking. I strongly suggest anyone who would even consider this company think twice. To say your a joke is being overly polite. Perhaps some training in the office would help you create more staff for you as well as create a worthwhile company. Stop playing with peoples lives.
