In August, 2023, our AC stopped working. We called Mike's (he had done previous work for us) and they were there the next day to check out the unit. Our HVAC was 33 years old and we had to have a new unit installed. It was a Friday but Mike was able to order the unit. He was able to get the old unit running to supply us with AC until the new unit could be installed. The new unit arrived on Monday, and it was quickly installed to give us AC on Monday. It took another day to get the furnace hooked up but after they were finished they checked all the ducts under the house and replaced a couple of bad ducts. New flow vents also had to be installed (we were not charged extra). They made sure everything was up to code with the new HVAC. Last night, the fan stopped working on the AC and I texted Mike that evening. He texted back immediately and they came the next morning to check it out. They found the problem and fixed it immediately. The quick response when you call Mike is very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Mike's Heating and Air.
