We finally found magic when our Carrier geothermal system failed this August during a heat wave. Thanks to Chad, Dave, Greg, Kendall and supported by Sarah; their team successfully repaired a 2001 system. There are very few companies that have their dedication and expertise. Best of the Best.
Absolutely amazing service. Called 1st thing that morning and had a tech there before noon. They kept us informed on his eta. Fernando did an outstanding job and kept us updated as he diagnosed our unit. Even went above and beyond when we were talking about how bad the last person installed our duct work. He crawled under the house and found outer ductwork was broke apart and fixed right away. Cleaned our unit and the AC justvlike that cooled down the house fast. We are so happy will definitely use again. Thank you for your prompt and kind service. And to top it off it was hundreds less than we expected.
David Clover with ACCI, and his entire crew has been fantastic to work with, from start to finish. We used them for our business location and will use them for our private residence in the future. Thank you David and crew!
