I am extremely pleased by the level of professionalism I received from Metro Towing, from start to finish. The text communications were a great touch, and Isiah did a stand-up job getting me taken care of. He was very professional, and he had a lot of hustle in his step. I have a teenager daughter who is driving now, and I am sometimes hesitant about which tow service I might want to use if I am not there with her, but I won't hesitate to call again if any of our family needs service from Metro Towing. My son locked his keys in his car at work and was panicking on how he was going to unlock it when he called me. I told him I’ll get someone out to unlock it for him and my first call was metro. Thank you guys for helping out a young driver.
