This is advertised as a "pain" facility. Not only did the person who answered the phone not know anything I was asking about, she wouldn't give my name and number to someone who could answer my questions. What she did do was put me on hold for 3+ minutes with a message going over and over and over in Spanish what buttons to push to get whatever. I don't speak, ever learned how to speak, nor ever will learn to speak Spanish.I'll find a clinic where EVERYONE there offers help.

I have been inedibly impressed by Access Healthcare labs in Neosho and Joplin.My father is a cancer patient who follows at MD Anderson in Houston. When Covid hit 2 years ago and he couldn’t safely make the trips he needed blood drawn and the results sent to his doctors in Houston. Access has gone way above & beyond. Results are always sent quickly, insurance is always billed without any problems, they have even drawn his blood from his car and offered to come to the house if needed.Thank you for being part of the healthcare team keeping my dad as healthy as possible!

Lane Salazar is literally the worse “doctor” I have ever been to. He showed absolutely NO care whatsoever to what was going on with me. He came in and was very snobby and rude and didn’t seem to care at all about my depression. At the end of my visit (after he was terribly rude) he told the lady at the front desk that I “needed to take some time off because of my issues and because I needed to get my life together”. Literally will never go here again.
