Became a new patient with them and got a diagnosis and took x rays. They told me I had many cavities and needed fillings for all of them. Got two fillings done, and I didn’t feel comfortable and trusted my gut. Got my information transferred to a private practice in columbia, and they had to retake x rays because the ones compass dental took were UNREADABLE and they had no idea how they even made a diagnosis. They said I had fewer cavities than what Compass Dental had originally diagnosed. So Compass Dental was possibly going to do fillings that weren’t even necessary. Another update Dec '23- Called last week over a broken tooth, and they could get me in today. Asked if they have a hygienist yet and was told they've had one since July......Update Sept '23- Daughter went for her cleaning in July, and they took x-rays and told her to make another appointment for the cleaning. They didn't have a hygienist that day. That's what the appointment was for. And it's been over 3 months, and no one has called me to set an appointment. I called to get basic information on services and pricing. They could not provide this information. But they were happy to schedule an appointment to see what my insurance would pay.
