Waited for half an hour, but to be fair, I was 15 minutes so my 3:30 appointment turned into a 4:15. Other than that, it was great. It was exactly what I wanted. I've been there with mediocre results, they're better than Walmart's SmartStyle. Great value for what I'm looking for.
