I’ve passed this location many times and decided to give them a chance since I was in the area visiting. Well I should have kept driving. The manager is rude and argumentative. I have 1 acrylic nail on my left hand and 2 on my right for length since my natural nails were broken during dip powder removal. The manager wanted me to let them take the acrylic nails off and add newer ones. I explained I’ve only had them on for about two weeks. She became very upset and said well if removal get under acrylic nails don’t blame us. Cause you should have them changed every time you get your nails done. I've only been here like 3 other times and my appointment on yesterday was my 4 time going. They also give complimentary drinks first drinks to customers paying $60 for any service. I usually don't have any problems but yesterday was my daughters 30th birthday celebration and I set my appointment for 12:30. I arrived on time at 12:30 and I only sat and waited for like 2 minutes. My only issue was that the lady had to keep getting up to check people in and to check people out. Also I wasn't even offered a complimentary drink/beverage and I didn't even get out of there til after 2:30 so I was late picking up the cake and arriving on time for the party. I love the atmosphere. I didn't realize the bar in nail bar is an actual bar.friendly clean service.
I am a plus size lady. David went out of his way recently to make me comfortable for a pedi. I appreciate him!!
