Usually they honor those with appointments in a respectable time; however, today I waited 45 minutes and nobody acknowledged or apologize for the delay. I will avoid Friday visits in the future! I feel someone should have apologized. Disappointed! Customer Service manners missing?Services: Pedicure

I absolutely love this place! It's my second time visiting them and both times have been awesome. The prices are reasonable (to me at least) and both technicians did an awesome job. Definitely my new nail shop.

Love Shea's my only complaint is the wait. I always schedule an appointment but usually still have to wait about 30-60 mins. The pluses are if you don't get designs it relatively cheap. If you do expect to pay extra. Also you get a complimentary drink with every visit! Both front end works are also kind and helpful. I also get many compliments on my lashes from here.
