Eddie was very polite and professional. Very knowledgeable about the products. He took his time to explain everything. Eddie has a really good sense humor and very easy to talk to.

Project Coordinator, Pam called on Monday to go over the rooms we were having to replace and cost of floors. Maureen called to let me know the installers were snowed in and will come on Tuesday. The installers, Kyle and Dylan did a fantastic job from start to finish. They swept up all debris. Nick delivered our trim. Very nice guy. Asked if we had any questions about the job and made sure we were ready to start.
Our installers were great. They were very informative and kept us up to date on their progress. If there was an issue, they let us know right away. Luiz Caldeira was lead man on our project and him and his crew worked very hard on getting our floor installed correctly. They arrived at 9:20 am, the first day and stayed till 7 pm. We had Eddie from Refloor come out to our home to give us a quote for new floors, and he was absolutely great to work with. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The whole experience was smooth and informative, and we felt very comfortable moving forward. We highly recommend Eddie and the Refloor team!
