Idk her name but maybe an owner/mgr as she was the one answering all phone calls. She was very friendly, communicated well and seemed to be happy! (How refreshing!) I didn't feel rushed, she wasn't aggressive and said she wanted me to be happy with my nails. I appreciate all that! And yes, I liked my nails. ?“
