TL;DR: Todd at John Beal is the guy you want. He went above and beyond, answered all my questions, checked in constantly, and made the whole drawn-out insurance/roofing process way easier than I ever expected.
I don’t usually write good reviews (I’m more of a “complain when things go wrong” type ?), but Todd really deserves it. This whole process started back in April and didn’t get finished until this past week thanks to all the insurance drama, and Todd stuck with me the entire time.

We had a choice of 2 different A+ rated companies to chose from and we chose John Beal because I had met them from where I had worked and was very impressed with their politeness, and consideration. We were not disappointed with Wilcox from the moment he came to our house and all though the whole roofing process. He is polite, considerate, knew what we were looking for and made us feel like one of the family. We could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend Wilcox and John Beal to anyone in need of a new roof.
