I've never received a bad haircut at this location, but rarely have I received a smile. They have some of the most unfriendly people that I've ever encountered. Half the time, you walk in, and they give you a look that asks, "You couldn't have picked a different place to get your haircut?"I do appreciate that they keep a record of what you've wanted in the past, so you don't have to answer the same question over and over again.

Other than somehow losing my online from my phone check in, the woman who saw that it was not right and took me back during my lunch break was great. Funny pretty, very sociable and common sense talker. She made me handsome again after tooo long with out a cut. Her station was on the left about 3 in. We had some funny talks while she did magic to my hair. Thanks and I wish I knew her name and I'd let you know to ask for her.
