“The flowers we ordered were not the same as the image we chose and paid for online. Their employee explained that the only solution was to return the flowers and get refunded. Since the flowers were for a funeral, this was not acceptable, because i was at the church attending to the family. However, the manager stepped in, listened to me, was very understanding, and designed another flower arrangement which was more beautiful than our original order. They delivered the flowers in time, and would not take the original back when we tried to give them to the delivery driver. I was impressed and pleased with their outstanding customer service!“

“I was completely enamored with this little shop for my visit today! They were loaded with tons of unusual plants! I found a Curly Locks Epiphyllum! I had never seen a curly one! it is GORGEOUS!!! They also have tons of unique pots and decor. I purchased quite a few items and plants and they went above and beyond packaging my things for a long 9 hour trip back home. I can't wait until I come back to St Louis! ??❤️ Thanks so much you guys!“
“One the annual trip to St. Charles, the fam decided to stop in and look at First Capitol Trading. All I can say is WOW! If I ever hit PowerBar, this store would be empty! So many cool things to consider. I absolutely loved the Lifetime Candles. The staff was very kind and helpful.I'm not saying it was worth the trip all by itself, but it kinda was.“

They had so many beautiful options at multiple price points. My lack of planning didn’t matter, Christi (hope I spelled that correctly) was AMAZING. She was helpful and patient and was able to accommodate my last minute delivery needs. Will definitely be back!!!“
