I received a flyer several months ago from Custom Remodeling that I saved because I was planning to redo my patio that was cracked and separating from the foundation. I called the office and requested someone call me back. I spoke with Priscilla she scheduled an estimate with Mr. Kelly. He surveyed the area, took some measurements and promised to get back with an estimate. I told him “how quick he responded with the estimate would determine if I would do the work with him”. Despite the negative reviews we decided to use them after getting positive feedback from a couple of people we knew that’s done business with the company in the past.However I only gave the company 3 stars instead of 4 star for the following reasons:Did not clean up after themselves (i.e. left drywall dust on the bathroom floors, in the tub on the toilet seats after installing ceiling fans, paint droppings was everywhere in bathrooms. Did not finish painting the top portion of the bathroom closet. We noticed the Kitchen door frame close to the bottom of the door was not painted.I will give them a 10 on installing the fans in the bathroom and a 9 on the drywall work....read full review
