About Chaney Windows And Doors
Chaney Windows And Doors is a family-owned and operated window and door replacement company based in St. Louis, Missouri, serving the St. Louis and St. Charles County area since 2010. They are dedicated to providing personalized customer service, professional products, and expert installation. Recently, a customer shared their experience of replacing 21 windows with Chaney. The old builder-grade windows were drafty and caused discomfort during different seasons. The new windows from Chaney are triple pane, and the customer noted that they can’t feel anything when standing in front of them. They believe these windows will save money on energy bills. Another customer had an excellent experience choosing Chaney after an in-home estimate. Rob explained everything about the doors and the company, which made them confident in their decision. The office staff consistently provided top-notch customer service. The installers, Hannah and Carey, arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and kept the customer informed during the process, even when unexpected issues arose. When incorrect trim was sent, it was promptly replaced within 20 minutes. A third customer mentioned using Chaney twice for both windows and doors. They praised the quality of the products and the installation. Hanna was especially helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Overall, Chaney Windows And Doors remains a reliable and professional company, committed to high-quality products, excellent customer service, and expert installation. Their positive reviews highlight their dedication to customer satisfaction and their ability to handle challenges efficiently.
We had Chaney Windows and Doors install a front entry door and windows December 2021. Just recently I had an issue with the front door rubbing and not closing properly. I contacted them via email and they promptly set up an appointment for a service technician to come out within the week to take a look at it. The following is a copy of the email I sent them after the service technician left. Subject: Positive Feedback on Recent Service Visit Hi Jesse, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback about Ben from your service department, who resolved an issue with our front door today. I'm not sure how to directly contact his supervisor, so I’d really appreciate it if you could forward this note on my behalf. Ben's professionalism left a great impression on us. He informed us in advance that he would arrive early, which we found very helpful. Upon arrival, he was courteous and immediately began diagnosing the problem. He was thorough in his work, taking time to ensure everything was perfectly resolved, and he clearly explained what was necessary to fix the issue. He also demonstrated the improved function of the door and confirmed our satisfaction with the outcome. His service truly exceeded our expectations, and I regret not reaching out sooner when the problem first arose. It’s common for people to only reach out with complaints, but I believe in giving praise where it’s due. Ben’s dedication and skill are commendable. Please ensure this message reaches his manager or the appropriate party. Thank you, and I look forward to working with you again on the upstairs windows project in the near future. Best regards, Jeff
We have been working with Chaney Windows and Doors for several years. Each interaction with their team has been pleasant and thorough. The level of attention to detail is evident from the time of the initial proposal through completion of the job. We highly recommend the great team at Chaney!
I mean, I dunno. I thought they should revise their business plan and go into fence repairs instead. They would then have the glorious opportunity to change their name to Chaney Link Fences. Oh well, I guess they're doing fine. They did some french doors for me which get used every day. They only use high quality products and have great installers. I need two more doors done soon and I will for sure have Chaney do those too. Maybe I'll ask them to work on my fence as well......
