She was one of the few people working there that had done the work to become a licensed Barber (as opposed to a "stylist") at the place, and it shows in her work. In 6 years, I've had a dozen or so strangers tell me that I've got "great hair". That hadn't ever happened until after Lauren started cutting my hair. I'll be a client for life.“
