Back in January our client went under contract on a vacant property where the seller was unavailable and utilities were shut off. Prior to getting them turned back on we called Derek at C & C Plumbing to see if he could be at the property when the utilities came back on to make sure there weren't any unexpected leaks! He went above and beyond for us! From unclogging sinks that were full of cigarettes, fixing spigot's, providing batteries for the thermostat, catching several leaks and crawling under the crawlspace to flip HVAC switches for us! -Autumn Joiner Clark
Re plumbed whole house, did a great job, super clean when finished, and great price. Came back and fixed an issue with drainpipe that was not part of the job,, extremely honest, will use in the future.
