Easy to get in...but the NP was useless. Told I just had congestion and if it didn't clear up call my Dr. A week later it was worse. Made a Dr appt I have a severe ear infection and there will probably be damage to my ear drum. Mercy is a good hospital but go some where else this person doesn't care.
Great NP. Joy listened to my special needs and seemed to care. Had a good bisit. Not a long wait time either.
Joy Bell was really helpful to me. The front desk staff has been great too.
