Being a new customer I wasn’t sure what to expect, and we had a bit of a rough start. First visit to fix our side door wasn’t quite great, but what I really appreciated is that they called me right away after hearing our feedback and insisted on making it right. We had them come out to cut 130 keys for us for 12 different locks. The gentleman they sent out was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and courteous. Will definitely use The Flying Locksmiths again.
