I’ve been at Opex for over a year now after doing a lot of group fitness classes and at-home programs over the years that left me getting injured from the same repetitive workouts without much thought behind them. I love how the workouts at Opex are personalized to me and I feel more accountable knowing I have someone checking in on how my workouts are going (and making sure I enjoy them). Mike has done a great job of making the gym a community and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! Highly recommend!
