I just wrapped up my second month at Opex and I'm loving it so far! Mike definitely motivates me to stick to my 4x/week schedule and I've only missed a few sessions due to travel or illness. Consistency has been a huge struggle for me in the past so being able to work out as much as I do without the mental struggle every morning makes it so worth the price compared to a large chain gym. It feels like I'm getting true personal training for ~20% of the typical cost. With my busy schedule, it's really nice to not have to think about or plan my workouts for the week - Mike does it for me. I joined OPEX STL aprroxiamately 6 months ago. The framework, teaching and guidance I have received from Mike has been instrumental in my improved physical strength, balance and basic understanding of my body's ability to make improvements. I was looking to improve my balance and strength for fitness, and thus my overall quality of life. OPEX workouts offer me a variety of challenges aerobically, strength, flexibility and balance for my specific goals. OPEX offers individualized training in an informed, friendly & small-group atmosphere.

Mike incorporates his wealth of knowledge along with Opex content and resources to create a program that will suit you. The vibe in the gym is fun, and the times are flexible.
