Absolutely a 1st class experience. Not only did they come to access the situation very quickly but were very flexible with us as far as getting the job done within our operational hours, even as far as spending an entire Sunday at our building for safety measures. When it come to pricing, no other bid came close to being as reasonable. I hope that I never need their services again, but if I do, they will be my first and only call.

Disaster Emergency Services did an excellent job for our family's unfortunate situation. They arrived the next day after the initial call to assess and inspect our basement damage from a leaking water line. The mold testing indicated growth which was taken care of promptly and removed. Every step of the process could not have been better. I would urge anyone with any type of mold testing needs, water restoration services or mold removal and remediation to give Andy and his team a call. Very fairly priced, upfront and honest.
