Had the pleasure of working with Abbie today at the Ulta in Manchester!! was not expecting to be met with such enthusiasm or education but was pleasantly surprised that someone like Abbie could change my mind so quickly and so positively!! I can’t wait to come back and see her for all of my beauty needs and wants!!
For the past few days that I’ve been coming here after such a hard month, All the workers were very welcoming and kind. Very patient staff and very helpful. The Hair stylist that’s been working with me on how to fix my hair The way I hoped it would be. Her names Tonya for short I think but full is totonya (I hope I spelt that right) she is super sweet and helped me so much! She helped me fix my hair and got me to the colors I’ve been wanting. Thank you again for your services and I will be back again!
I came in right before closing and I had a pick up, return, and purchase. May helped me with every transaction and she was so incredibly kind and positive. She had phenomenal customer service and I always hope to see her when I come in!
