Kyle with Air Alliance was thorough and competent. He saw what looked to be the issue with our gas pool heater but still took everything apart, cleaned everything and looked for bad parts. Finding none, he put it all back together and fired it up. The problem was gone and turned out to be what he suspected (spider webs around two of the heat coils). But now we have assurance that everything that could have possibly gone wrong was looked at and ruled out. On his way out, he also gave us a tip about maintaininng our airconditioning unit. Great, thorough service!
