It didn’t start off good at first. I did not understand when they called my name and I sat there for a little while. But when I asked them about it, it turned out awesome. They apologized, took me when the 1st chair opened, did exactly what I ask what I wanted and got me out very quickly. I drive 50 miles to come this salon because I am always satisfied. I will continue to drive 50 miles to have my nails. Thank you!!
I’m so glad the thingy sent a survey that had my tech’s name on it because I can shout out her work; DANA IS AMAZING (ignore the skin just before the cuticle that’s my own doing before I got there, can’t do much about it), I showed an inspo pic and made it BETTER. Well worth the time - and not any more time than a simpler set would take!! It’s over 9000 out of 10 for me!
The owner did my nails and they look amazing! I did have to wait ~45 minutes before they could get to me but it was well worth it. They look exactly like the reference photo I brought, could not be happier!
