The instructors Mark and Natalie are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and make this martial art work for everyone. They are great at promoting confidence and discipline, or if you are looking for a workout they will give you that too! I highly recommend training at Macon Martial Arts.

Three of our kids are currently taking lessons here, and the oldest has been involved for over a year. The two that joined most recently love it so far, and it is doing a lot for their physical activity, there as well as at home. They look forward to practices and special events. It is also really helping out with self-control.

Mark is a great instructor. He is kind, patient, but strict. He expects your kids to learn martial arts, not just horse around during class. He is not one to tell you or your child "good job" unless you have actually done well. I have been to a couple of different schools, and this one is by far my favorite.
