They came out the same day I called them to service my AC unit. It had stopped blowing cold air. They had the part in their truck and fixed it within just a few minutes. Fair price and great service.

These guys JUST left my house and it's 7pm. They came out within 2 hours. I didn't call until 5 o'clock when I got home from work. I didn't know if they would come to Osage Beach but they actually have an office on Y road now. Anyway, from the time I called til.the time I have ac and they're done was only 2 hours and super good price. Thank you!!

Our air conditioner was not working so I called and spoke to Tom at West County H/C he had someone out that morning.John the tech showed up and immediately identified the problem.Luck was with us because it was an easy fix and inexpensive.John was great got things done and was on his way.I’ve been using West County for 35 years,thanks again for great service.
