I asked Pillar for an inspection--not because I was buying or selling my home, but because after 32 years in our home, I wanted to be sure I was keeping the house in good order. VERY pleased with their most thorough inspection, and the pin-pointing of things needing repair!
They were exceptionally thorough, prompt and efficient. I will absolutely use them when I buy a new property.
If you are buying, selling or renovating get an inspection!! This is a crucial part of your transaction. It can aide you in the negotiations of your contract, protect you legally and most importantly, make sure your family is safe. Having an inspection at the beginning of your transaction or project will save you in the end! Working with Pillar has really opened our eye's. The knowledge they provided helped with making decisions regarding the structural integrity of our project, informed us of the laws in the State of Missouri and gave us guidance going forward.
