Duane came out after hours cost was reasonable considering it's summer and right after major storms took out power, when our power came back on the AC wouldn't come back on. Duane was able to locate the issue and replaced the part which fixed our AC and it was up and running quickly. Duane is very professional, friendly, proficient, and explained everything very well. Give Duane a raise, he deserves it!!!!!

Duane worked on reinstalling my AC unit after I had it disconnected for some house repairs. Duane was extremely polite, highly respectful, and did a great job of explaining what he was doing. I had my AC unit reinstalled on brackets attached to my foundation, which required running additional wiring and lines. He did a superb install that looks great and performs as it should. As a homeowner I highly recommend Brandt and hope Duane’s bosses treat him to a steak dinner for his solid job performance today. I am a VERY satisfied customer and recommend Brandt for all your heating and cooling needs.

Brandt HVAC installed a new HVAC system and mini split unit in our home about six years ago. No issues at all. They made sure that we understood all that we needed to know regarding general maintenance and upkeep and made follow up calls just to make sure we were satisfied.
