began with introduction and then through the project estimation, very professionally presented (SPOT ON!). received advice the lake water level needed to drop a bit more to enable appearance i wanted (SPOT ON!). the work crew arrived (according to schedule) during a tornado watch (hmmm, but SPOT ON) and worked throughout the entire watch conditions. COST, SCHEDULE, PERFORMANCE adhered to (SPOT ON!). Appearance provides look that rocks were individually placed (SPOT ON!). extremely satisfied from start to finish, from Mark, to office staff, to work crew (SPOT ON!). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
