EXTREMELY disappointed in the way I was treated with my order. The flowers I order from the t.j's was not the crappy arrangement that was delivered today for valentine's day and also for our 17th wedding anniversary..... first off, if you are going to accept payment and then as a company hand off the order to another company, I should have been notified, or stated on the company site..Let me explain what I was told:: When ordering flowers from t.j's in licking and it's going to salem, then what they said was that they actually give the order to bee hive to fill for salem area. I was looking for the so called quality from t.j's not from any others, so in short my wife got shafted while my money was taken for an extremely less quality, where it looked like it was thrown together, and after talking with someone from t.j's and sending them a picture of what my wife received, and the person from t.j's agreeing that it was of terrible quality, they explained that basically there was nothing they could do...UNBELIEVABLE...

Unfortunately I have to give a negative review and I really do not like giving bad reviews but I ordered only red roses and baby breathe.for my daughter n law for Valentines 2/14/25 and what she received was 3 roses and a bunch of cheap wildflowers and greenery nothing like what I actually ordered.

The flower bouquet that was delivered looked like a 5 year old put it together. I don't know how in the world they are still in business. I had to rearrange the flowers just to be able to look at them and not be upset.

I do not recommend this business. A family member spent $228 and used the online store for an arrangement for a funeral and we were not pleased with what we received. When I called and spoke to the owner we were hoping she would do something to make it right but instead she yelled at me and hung up on me after 4 minutes of a conversation. She told me she spent $180 on the flowers for this piece not including the glass cross as she said that was $20. I also do not believe she has customer skills as she was not compassionate at all during a tough time for our family.

If I could leave a minus star review I would. Flowers are rarely in good shape. We received some at a funeral. Some were dead, others were wilted and dying. One had aluminum foil in the vase of the half wilted fresh arrangement. This isn't the first time we've received flowers like this. I was told to bring the flowers back to the flower shop to be looked at. I got pics the day of the funeral of two of the arrangements. I was not dragging those two and the other three to the flower shop My aunts and uncles paid $100 for the arrangement they sent. The plants looked good but they stuck dead "fresh" flowers in with the plants. My in-laws paid $100 for a wilted "fresh flower" arrangement. I was told that wasn't true because of the extra charges the 800 number charges. Regardless they still paid $100 for it. One plant was so bad some ladies at the funeral watered them. I wish I would have gotten pics of the other plants and arrangements

I ordered a large beautiful bouquet for my sick grandmother ($58.98) and what came was a mix of pink and purple carnations and a few daisies. When I called and inquired the lady was immediately rude and snippy. Did not offer anything in the way restitution and in fact yelled at me to “shut up” and hung up on me. This shop takes advantage of out of town customers and the elderly, is rude, and boarders on criminal. (Check the images, the sad looking $15 looking bouquet is what she received)

Was disappointed in Flowers. They are not what picture shows . I had called to assure and was told they were out of the hydrangea but would add extra Blue to make up for it - It was suppose to have white roses and white daisies also ..... and it was suppose to be the larger size which looking at the pics it was not but I paid for the larger .

Did not get what I asked or paid for!! I called directly to the Shop and ordered a Secret Garden Basket, comes with a basket, blooming red flowers and green plants. They sent a POT with different green plants in it. The whole point was the blooming flowers for the colors and to remind my friend of her mother when they were in bloom. I was charged 60 for a 25 arrangement. Called to confirm my purchase and I was correct in my thoughts and the owner said we don't stock those plants she should have told me when i was ordering them they don't really make that ARRANGEMENT option then I asked about the basket, she said i ran out of baskets, then you call the customer back and tell them the basket you are charging them 15 for out of stock. I am very upset and once you send flowers to a funeral and they are wrong they are just wrong!!!!
