We went into the store and they were very helpful in helping us pick out the best carpet. They cut samples and put them in the system so when we were ready we just called to place the order without having to go back in! Very smooth process! Carpet looks wonderful! Highly recommend!

I liked the carpet I picked out. All Bob's employees were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Bob's process is very easy. Contractors doing the installation were very fast and seemed to do a good job; but be aware that you will have to clean up some little things after the contractors are gone.
