Tho Ngo has been doing the best job on my nails, I don't always pick the easiest nail design but she always knocks it out of the park. My newest set, is neon green tips only, it's completely dipped, no color bleed at all!!
Most techs will not even do it! She will make sure you leave with quality nails and will redo to her standards which is usually easy higher than yours.
Cleanliness: When you walk in the door, you immediately notice how clean it is. She greets you by name with a smile, everytime you come in, something that bigger places don't.
Had a really good experience the first few times and felt relieved that I finally found the right person who truly cared about me and my nails. However I just ended up going somewhere else as was tired of being treated like a kid at times (being scolded for honest mistakes and simply not knowing), which clearly I'm not. I've let things slide and been all too kind, but I don't tolerate that behavior in any way whether aware or not. At least this was my experience ?.I do, however, wish all the best and continued success!
Tho Ngo is amazing!! Best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. No blood and my nails turned out perfect! She is really great at what she does and you can tell she cares about her work. I’ll be going here exclusively from now on!
