Josh W., Colin, Renee, Ivan, Nate and Christian were a good team and did quality work. There were miscommunications in the beginning but Brandon called to get things corrected and it was a good experience from the whole Servpro team all around. Would recommend.

Very professional, kind, and prompt service. My parents had them out for a pipe burst a few years ago and they handled it with a sense of urgency and compassion that can't be matched in the restoration/remediation profession. Thank you Servpro of Raytown/East Kansas City!

The company as a whole was very professional and responsive with helping me through some water damage at my home. Chacotae & Colton were the two main employees I dealt with and both carried themselves professionally and got right down to busy. They were also flexible with me on times to come check on their equipment due to my hectic schedule and I very much appreciate that. Would use again and recommend to anyone in need. Thank you!
