He came out to my home multiple times to meet with different adjusters and fought hard to make sure we got a full roof replacement when the initial inspector only wanted to cover minor soft metals. Thanks to his persistence, we were able to get not only the full roof but also all gutters and more covered by insurance.
What really stood out was that Mike didn’t just try to upsell me, he gave honest guidance and even talked me out of spending extra on premium options that were more hype than real value. Mike was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to get me my new roof. He went to battle for me with the insurance company and stuck it out with me the whole time. He was incredibly patient and professional. The company worked with me making the experience so much easier. I love my new roof and gutters. They did an incredible job! Definitely would recommend them!
