Nate is phenomenal...!!!! Fantastic work and communication. My 2023 HP laptop keyboard mysteriously failed. He was able to track down the (hard-to-find) replacement parts. Computer is good as new. I will always keep him on speed-dial. Call him for your emergencies!!
This was the first time that I engaged Nate’s IT & Computer Repair service and, I have to confess that I was a little uneasy when I saw that it was not a typical computer repair establishment, but a “home business”. However, seeing that he had received such amazingly high (and unanimous!) customer reviews, I put aside my trepidation and I am truly glad that I did! I brought to him a particularly vexing problem with the fan constantly running on my laptop, and I am sure that he spent a lot of time and effort trying to diagnose and fix it, which he did. Nate has gone far and above my expectations replacing my 27” iMac screen, replacing the stock HD with an SSD, and maxed out the RAM. My 8 year old Mac hums like she’s new. He also replaced a broken leg/rotor arm on my DJI Mavic Pro. I can’t speak for his terms, but i typically see a 48 hour turnaround. All within a lower than expected price! I will use no other business for tech repair.
