“I recently purchased a new Lenovo laptop. Geek Squad technician Lee at the Independence, Missouri store carefully installed new items on my laptop. He was very kind and worked quickly. He was very professional and happy to help! A few days later, I took my new laptop and my old printer to the Geek Squad at the Lee's Summit, Missouri store to see if they could successfully connect my printer. Kye and Josh worked diligently and tried different methods to make a connection but the printer was too old! I'm so very thankful for the time, effort and hard work Kye and Josh devoted to helping me!! They both are very knowledgeable and very professional!! Thank you, Kye and Josh, for your kindness and expertise!! Then, I purchased a new HP Smart Tank 5100 series printer from the Lee's Summit, Missouri store. Later that day, I called the Geek Squad to help with installation. I began speaking with Harshita M. on the phone. She was so very, very kind, very patient, extremely knowledgeable and listened intently to all of my questions! She was so calm and reassuring as she carefully explained each step.
