Wow I have never worked with an extended warranty company as good as these guy. Chloey Teter was my customer service rep was simply outstanding. I'm a little old school and come from a place when extended warranty companies were bad. not these guys.
Assistant Claims Manager Josh Knippa is amazing—patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help. He went above and beyond to contact the repair shop and assist with the claim process. Even though the shop was uncooperative and refused to submit a claim, Josh still did everything he could to support me. MBPI is lucky to have someone like him. Highly recommended!
As someone who is oblivious when terminology for cars and warranty is used, I was very pleased with the help of Hunter S. He made everything understandable, clear and concise. He was polite, quick and knowledgeable. I highly suggest him and MBPI for your warranty needs.
