We love K2L and would highly recommend either program. My kids are in BJJ off Douglas and love Master D and Mackenzie. They are very patient and not only teach the steps of BJJ moves in an easy to understand way, they also incorporate life lessons with the kiddos.

Amazing staff! They work with the kids so well, and I have definitely seen an improvement in my child’s behavior since starting. I also love that they start kids at age 2 unlike most other sports. It’s a great way to get them involved in being active early on!

We started coming to K2L back in November of 2022. I saw an advertisement on Facebook, and I decided to do a trial run with my middle son in their Tigers program. When we got there, my son was too shy to participate that night, but the instructor, Mr. Munoz, came over and spent a little time with him. He encouraged him and offered to stay close by during the lesson. My son took him up on his offer, and we were hooked. Their patient, kind (and firm if needed) hand was exactly what my son needed to break out of his shell. He's learned so many useful life skills (cleaning up after himself, being respectful, etc).
