Kyle and Janssen Lawn Service was great to work with. Kyle was very professional but also very personable. Aerated my yard and walked me through some tips and advice to get the most value and success out of the lawn care service he provided. Kyle and his family are the epitome of what a home grown business is all about. It's all about customer service. The only thing I have ever asked is for them to call me before they come out so if I need to cut the grass I do before they to the application. Without fail that has always happened. The other story about Janssen I would like to mention is that one time they came out and did their thing. Weeks went by and I never received a bill. So I called Kyle and he told me that the application process was on them and I didn't owe them anything. In other words it was FREE. What business does that?As for my lawn, it looks great.
