Can’t even answer their phones so that really shows that they “care”

I was given this office by my insurance and was trying to schedule an appointment but was put on hold. They put me on hold 4 times and for over 20mins. I was on hold so long that the call got disconnected. Immediately put off by this office and will be contacting my insurance for a new PCM. They need to answer the phones or making booking appointments allowable by all doctors.

Rude! Rude! Rude!
The doctor we have is leaving tried to call and ask some questions and the office “help” was extremely rude!
Your records are not at that location and they are sent to a third party company.
HCA was hacked back in August of 2023.
The phone rings forever and when answered the office “help “ is not polite at all.

I definitely would not recommend this doctor’s office! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
