I dont normally do reviews ; this place is great within 5 mins had my frames picked out and my prescription lens . No rush on picking out frames . Got 2 pairs of glasses for 45$ they were ready in 16 mins Amanda was great she made sure they fit and i could see. One pair is a bit to tight but im sure i will go to them and fix it no problem . Exceeded expectations highly recommend ! ps I’m a very anxious patient for no reason and i will go here again and tell everyone ik too go aswell.

The Lee's Summit store helped get my partner, who is in hospice at home and can't use contacts now, glasses that make his time left much better and in record time. Samantha and their lab were awesome.

Had and eye exam and bought glasses. From the receptionist to the optometrist to the tech and sales every person that I interacted with was amazing!!!!! They were so friendly and helpful! My appointment was at 3:00. I got there a bit early and was taken back within minutes! The sweet young lady that helped me with my glasses made sure I knew all the options and explained a few things about options I didn't know were even available! My glasses took 20 minutes!!!! My appointment was at 3 I had my exam, new prescription and was wearing my new glasses by 4:45. Honestly it took a bit longer because I was indecisive and changed my mind on a couple of things.
