After 18 years of sedentary living this overweight 56 year old decided it's time to take her life and her body back. I had experienced Pilates many years ago and remembered how good it made me feel, so I decided to try it again. Been my go to workout for years. Great knowledgeable instructors who work with you exactly where you are as well as challenge you as they see your ability grow. I have tried every type of workout out there, there is nothing like a REAL classical pilates workout. It’s the only workout that I have ever stuck with and that my body doesn't hate me for doing. If you are looking for a low impact cardio workout that builds strength, tones and increase your range of motion you need to get in a class.

Love this place ….. the instructors, variety and workouts!! I have found it to be the best workout for overall body toning, strength, and stretching and mind body health!! Highly recommend - good for athletes too!!
