AFC KC did a couple of maintenance calls for me and did really well so I had them come out to install a Lennox system. They were very thorough in their evaluation prior to the install and pointed out that I needed to install a liner for my clay-lined chimney prior to the install.
AFC KC's price was very competitive and the install went without any issues. A few things they did for me that other installers may not have done: - During the install, they found the HVAC's circuit breaker was broken. Left a message the Tuesday before Thanksgiving weekend on their phone in the middle of the night that we didn't have any heat. They called me @ 8am, were at the house by 10:30 am and had it all fixed by 11am! Very responsive and they do what they say they're going to do!

I bought my furnace from AFC Heating and Cooling in the year 2013, and now it's 2024, and it's still runs great, never had any problems with the furnace at all; this is the number one store to go to.
