These people are awesome. Had a tankless water heater that was nothing but trouble and costly. I have had tankless before (20 years) and never had issues. So I called Frank on a Monday and all work was completed on Tuesday. They removed and hauled the old away and built the platform for new one to be placed on!!! Ten stars if I could!!! Highly recommend this company!

When it comes to water heater repair and maintenance, having a reliable professional makes all the difference. Water Heater Man proved to be exactly that—professional, prompt, and transparent from start to finish. They clearly explained every aspect of my water heater’s condition and the underlying issues, which gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the process.
What stood out most was their clear communication. This straightforward approach made what could have been a stressful experience much easier to handle. The timely service also meant I didn’t have to wait long for my water heater to be up and running again.
Couldn't keep my gas water heater burner assembly working. Removed and cleaned but still no luck. Called Frank Monday evening and discussed options. Opted to replace the burner assembly. Tuesday I drained the tank, took 2 hours due to sediment. I called Frank told him in took 2 hours to drain and I'd rather replace the heater. He stopped by, capped the water lines so I would have water. Wednesday morning he installed a new gas water heater with gas and water cut off valves. Frank was polite, professional and explained options without any pressure. He and his assistant did a remarkable job in cleaning up. Highly recommend.
