We had the absolute best experience with Quality Heating & Air from start to finish. When we found out our original HVAC needed to be replaced, they were the first and only call we made-thanks to their outstanding reputation. And they quickly reminded us why that reputation is so well-earned. My husband was considering a more energy-efficient unit, and they easily could have pushed us to spend more. Instead, they were honest, ethical, and took the time to explain why that option didn’t make sense for our specific situation. That kind of integrity is rare and so appreciated. Completely delighted. We just moved into a remodeled home (two plus years ago) and set appointments for routine maintenance and inspections. I missed the first appointment because the confirmation text/email/voicemail all went to my spam folder, so look out for that. As soon as I called in we got it figured out and onto the schedule again. Brandon was awesome, thorough, and knowledgeable. He actually worked on the system during the last upgrades and was able to give me some history on the HVAC for property from memory. He explained portions of my system that I didn't know and he took care of a condensation tube extension I had on my mind as a drainage improvement.... read full review
Quality Heating and Air is such an amazing company. I've had them since we bought our home in 2015. Our old heat pump to our home ended up dying the week of the worst heat yet this year. They came in and replaced within 3 days of the service call. I am so grateful for them. From the receptionist, to the service men, to the installers (Drew and Bill)whom I really enjoyed meeting and speaking to. I would recommend them to anyone in the Lebanon service area. Highly professional, explained everything in great detail. We'll forever be their customers. Thank you so much. You guys are lifesavers. ❤️
