Would not ever take your pet here to be laid to rest. If i could give a 0 star i absolutely would. Thought they were wonderful during the process- wanted our dog cremated and a paw print, we paid for it (after they ran the card twice because they forgot to put it on the original receipt) received a call today and they didnt receive the paw print-they called and said “the cremation service must of forgot or didnt see a the note”.. So of course i call the cremation service, lo and behold the cremation tag had nothing written about the foot print. After multiple employees told me the foot print note was written. Thankfully the cremation service was super helpful and were able to send me the original tag that came from Oakland.. where there was NO mention of the foot print. I call them back and wasnt super nice after being lied to multiple times, received attitude and a “im not sure what you expect us to do, we refunded you for the foot print”— during the last call, id assume the receptionist, proceeded to tell me there wasnt anyone in charge or an owner i could speak to with an insane amount of attitude.. And then went ahead and told me she was busy. Where i then said that i could wait, they finally came back on and said they would refund us for the cremation AND paw print. It only took about 5 calls to them and the cremation service for them to actually apologize and make it right. They also didnt own up to the mistake until i told them i had the original tag from the cremation company (which were absolutely wonderful to work with).. in the end i did speak with the doctor where i received the most meaningless of “sorry, it happens.” —simply a mistake that shouldnt ever happen with a family member. Poor service and truly disgusting behavior on their part. Was i the nicest? No. But who would be after something like that. Highly recommend anywhere else.

Incredibly friendly and trustworthy staff. They know exactly how to handle the pets to make them feel calm and safe. The prices were very reasonable and they didn't try to convince me to buy stuff I didn't need. By far the best vet experience I've ever had at a vet

It's hard to get them to answer the phone. I got my pup back from being spayed the employees were nice and answered my questions. When I got home my pup layed down and I got to see the stitches. They aren't over the incision? It's just two loose strings side by side of the cut. No stitch it going over the cut just glue is holding her together and no other vet is open oakland isn't answering. I'm giving it a 3 star cuz at least she is glued...although I don't know how in 10 days ( if she stays together ) to take out these weird stitches. I have 3 female dogs all spayed and none of thiers looked like this.
