Our cabin needed a new air conditioner, and they were able to inspect my system and get me a couple quotes for a new one in less than a day of me calling. They hooked us up with a new unit, inspection of the wiring, duct work, they made the wiring rodent proof, and did a great job answering my questions, doing the install, and making sure I was all set after it was all said and done. Heath and his crew were great to work with!
We had a noise in the fan motor on our heat pump. We went in to the office and had a service call set up. The very thing I like about this company is the service person will let you know what he's doing and why. We needed a new motor which he had on the truck, we were not forced to buy one but the old motor was 16 years old and it was tired. It was installed with professionalism and also he cleaned up some wiring on the unit and put it inside the case, therefore being more protected from the weather. All debris was cleaned up around the work area. We were very pleased with the work done and the price was reasonable too. Jim and Lois Peacock
Zeph was our technician. He made it to our house and discovered the problem within an hour, within just an hour and a half maybe even less of calling us to say he was on his way, our air was back and running absolutely perfectly! He answered all our questions about our unit and the issues it was having. Not to mention it was reasonably priced!
Will definitely be using them again for any future heating and cooling needs!
