FTS installed a new heat pump unit 3 years ago. They've always responded to my calls in a timely manner. I love their done right guarantee. I called them about a clunking noise in the outdoor unit. They sent Jared out the next day. Jared found the source of the noise, explained to me why it happens occasionally in language I could understand.
