Nothing but excellent service from them for 6 years now. There was white residue on an enclosed deck, which 2 other companies (one charged for an estimate for just coming out) failed to diagnose. Both other companies replied that it was probably residue from the ceiling. It’s been so long that I cannot recall who from ZipZap initially came out, but the gentleman immediately recognized the residue as carpenter ants! It was treated, and there has never been a problem since then. My home gets treated every 3 months, and Jake does a fantastic job. I find the company honest, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable.

We had our initial install yesterday and we are very pleased with the service. They arrived exactly on time for our appointment, provided thorough, exceptional service. I'm looking forward to working with the company and having a pest free home and yard!

Great service! We hired them to do our pest control. They’ve been great. Checked the house and reassured us no major issues. Have come out for extra for wasp control. Plus also came out to do interior spider control. The technician is super friendly and has gone above and beyond spraying our kiddie playhouse (its wood) for wasps. Billing is super convenient with automatic charges to our account on file. I highly recommend!
