I took my 13 month old in for his first haircut with Caterina. He had long thick hair and she did so well with him. He got to pick where he wanted to sit and the show he wanted to watch. She showed him every tool and let him touch everything before she did anything. She had such a sweet presence and did so well with him. The appointment went really smoothly and I was very pleased with the result. He got to pick out a balloon at the end and I received a certificate with his lock of hair and printed before and after pictures all in a plastic sleeve for safekeeping. So happy with our visit!
I took my 4 year old to get her 1st haircut. We booked with Phoenix and she was amazing during the appointment! She was very professional and patient. We will definitely be back.
